Painting plein air is one of the most important and inspiring aspects of my creative process. Being able to set up my easel in a beautiful outdoor location and immerse myself in the surrounding landscape allows me to fully connect with my subject matter and create a more authentic and meaningful work of art. Painting outdoors provides me with a unique opportunity to observe the natural world and study the interplay of light and color firsthand. I find that this approach also allows me to experiment and take creative risks that I might not have otherwise considered. Ultimately, painting plein air brings me a sense of peace and joy, and I feel privileged to have the opportunity to capture the beauty of the world around me in my art.
